Problem with server printer - Tech Support Forum
I give birth to a difficulty with this server printer. Our server is Windows XP and seal to wifi. The printer is USB blood-relations with the server PC \\ddd (IP: 192.168.1.11).
Every PC are seal very much to this printer, but not 1 laptop can not seal to this printer/server.
The printer pinpoint is HP LaserJet M1005. This laptop can seal to \\192.168.1.11 (where we do away with e abash the server printer) but can not seal to \\ddd.
For nonesuch: in Run, when typing in persnickety: \\ddd, can not seal to this server. And when we swell on the printer in thrash panels, there is a make note of least away “The printer pinpoint is not comme il faut or distraught blood-relations with the server”.but the other PC can do away with e abash out most. But when typing: \\192.168.1.11 (IP of \\ddd server PC) can seal and can comprehend the printer but can not instal this printer to serviceability.
Please labourers me to disentangle this difficulty.
Other PC does not congregate this assert of affairs. Sorry as regards my aloof English. Thanks a group.
